FIFA Deco will not play

Deco Portuguese Midfielder will miss the quarter-final match against England after FIFA rejected the appeal made by coache Luiz Felipe Scolari. The teams coach asked Portugal's Football Federation to appeal against Deco's dismissal but FIFA communications director Markus Siegler promptly rejected this possibility.
