Portugal and Microsoft create Partnership

The Portuguese Government and Microsoft have agreed to carry out a total of 18 technology projects as a way to boost the nation's stagnating economy. The project is aimed at improving the nation’s technological Education by training students, workers and police. Some examples of what will be included in the protocol are, fighting cybercrime, apprenticeships, software development centers and creation of programs for Portuguese speaking nations in Africa.
