Gates and Buffet invest in Portugal

The two richest men in the world apparently have decided to invest in Portugal. Bill Gates is going to create an innovative program in three Universities to train students in Information Technologies, following the announcement already made by Microsoft Portugal that they would be teaching computer skills to unemployed textile workers. Warren Buffet the second richest man in the world as made Oeiras in Lisbon (Portugal) the headquarters for his luxury Jet business and its fleet of 100 airplanes.
