Portuguese privatizations

Finance Minister Teixeira Dos Santos, disclosed this Monday in the city of Porto that the Government is preparing to announce a privatization program.
According to the Minister, the privatizations program for 2006-2007 has already been prepared and will be evaluated by Cabinet of Ministers in the near future. Teixeira Dos Santos did not disclose which state owned businesses would be involved, limiting to confirm that the areas where the privatizations will take place are the ones that had already been designated in the State Budget for 2006.
